dried apricot

dried cranberries

dried raisins

cup candied nuts

cup coconut oil

cup maple syrup

cup almond butter

cup rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin cups. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing down firmly to form a cup shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the edges. Allow the granola cups to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your crunchy granola cups as a quick breakfast or snack!View original recipe
